Your order will be shipped via standard shipping service from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Indiana, US. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Indiana, US.

When should I expect delivery?

We work with several manufacturers. Products usually leave the warehouse within 2 to 3 days of your payment being made and cleared. During heavy shopping seasons it may take a few days longer. Certain specially ordered or delivered products may also take longer. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the delivery of your products.

After your products leave the warehouse, standard, USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground shipping times apply. Depending on your location and the volume being handled by USPS, UPS and FedEx at the time, this can be from three to seven business days.

What about backorders?

While we make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate, very occasionally a product that you order may be placed on backorder. If any of your products are placed on backorder we will inform you of the backorder status and offer to refund your purchase of that product if you do not wish to wait.
